Donald Trump Just Made an Excellent Case for a Recount
As Jill Stein's recount scam surged to over $6 million in donations on Sunday afternoon, Tweeter-In-Chief Donald Trump himself finally weighed in on the propriety of the proposed undertakings in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Of course, Trump omits from this narrative the fact that Clinton's comment came after his very public refusal to commit to accepting the election results as legitimate, and his after-the-fact characterization of this position as a "delay" is disingenuous at best. Remember, there is absolutely zero evidence that any of the "voter fraud" conspiracy theories to which Donald Trump has long subscribed are true, and even the famously gotta-hear-both-sides CNN used words like "falsely," "without evidence," and "unprecedented" when describing these allegations. No word yet on how much Trump himself plans to donate to the recount effort, but I'm sure that check will arrive any minute. ...
